One Team Lacrosse offers lacrosse instruction for girls and boys, grades K-12. 

Our program is made up of highly experienced individuals from across the country with a history of fundamental skills coaching as well as a strong competitive track record. The One Team Lacrosse staff has worked with hundreds of youth lacrosse players who begin and grow with us throughout their academic careers. Most go on to college, and many return to volunteer their time or join us as instructors. We not only provide a positive extracurricular activity, but we encourage our players to give back to the community!
